2021/2000 - RFI New system for the administration and execution of tests

The goal of this RFI is for Kompetanse Norge (Skills Norway) to learn what vendors can deliver in terms of a new system for test administration and execution, and what degree of customization will be necessary. End of support on the customized software for the test administration and execution Skills Norway has today is March 2024, and we will have to acquire a new solution before then. As the financial framework for the project concerning the implementation of a new system is not determined, we need help through this RFI to understand what funds need to be allocated to for this project. A Request for Proposal will be published at a later date, and the project period for implementing a new system will probably be approx. 2023. In chapter 4, 5 and 6 in this RFI, Skills Norway is listing questions they would like the vendors to answer. The questions should not prevent the vendors from describing an overall, high level view of their solution. The vendor does not have to be able to deliver on all the described parts of the system, but it must be evident what each vendor can deliver and not. Skills Norway will use this RFI to learn from the potential vendors and use this knowledge to prepare the requirements that go into an RFP. Deadline for answering this RFI is 10th June 2021. Questions may be submitted by 4th June 2021 and will be answered consecutively.
