Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå parallell rammeavtale med 3 leverandører for å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for entreprisebistand innen veg, vann og avløp, vedlikehold av kommunale eiendommer samt noe fritidsområder. Denne rammeavtalen er tiltenkt de små til mellomstore entreprisekontraktene. Hovedtyngden av oppdrag vil være innenfor vann - og avløpsområde.
