Entreprisen omfatter bygging og leveranse av en èn-sylinder forsøksmotor, fast montert på et stålfundament. Motoren skal utrustes med en sylinderenhet med boring 330 mm og slaglengde 450 mm. Motoren får betegnelse SCRE 33.
