I området ved Kalstad/Frydensborgstjenna, på strekket Symreveien og bort til Lona, skal Kragerø kommune fornye ledningsanlegget for vann, spillvann og overvann. Det skal bygges anlegg både i nye og eksisterende trasèer. Total trasèlengde er på ca. 1750m.Det skal settes ned to kommunale pumpestasjoner samt to mindre private stasjoner. Kragerø kommune leverer alle pumpestasjonene.
