I eksisterande lavhall på bygget skal det tilretteleggast ein distribusjonshall til Posten Norge. Distribusjonshallen skal bestå av rom for kontor, lager/teknisk rom, spiserom og garderobar. Vidare i hallen skal det tilretteleggast for biloppstillingsplassar og gjerast nokon oppgraderingar
