LETTER E3.2036 Dynamic Test Rig (DTR)

 

NTNU invites to competition for the SINTEF Ocean project, Torgardsveien 12.

Tenders are requested from suppliers with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfil the terms of the contract.

SINTEF Ocean will move the Machinery Laboratory (M-lab), the Construction Laboratory (K-lab) and the carpentry workshop to Torgardsveien 12.  M-lab and K-lab will be established as permanent solutions in Torgardsvegen 12, while a carpentry workshop will be established temporarily until the new Ocean Spacesenter is ready at Tyholt.  The project involves both the reconstruction of existing buildings and new buildings. This will be divided into different procurements that are described in each basis.

About the content and scope of this competition:

Competition: E3.2036 Dynamic Test Rig (DTR)

The contract includes 2 new servo-hydraulic dynamic test rigs (100 KN and 500 KN) incl. delivery and mounting, delivery and installation of new software and hardware. Calibration of the equipment to be included. Training of the new delivery will also be included.

A joint development period must be counted in cooperation with the contracting authority and producer for the establishment of a final production basis. A cost item must therefore be included for the review of the construction.

It is assumed that the necessary design work related to the delivery beyond the attached documentation is carried out by the tenderer. The client and his advisers are available for clarification and provision of any supplementary information if necessary.

Contract form in accordance with industry standard and agreed between the parties after award.

The competition will start in august 2023. Delivery during 2023.
