Riving av eksisterende kledning, lekter og vindsperre. Deretter påforing, tilleggsisolering, ny vindsperre, utlekting, ny kledning og til slutt overflatebehandling med maling av ferdig fasade. I tillegg skal alle vindu utskiftes. Det er i tillegg forespurt opsjon på utskifting av alle ytterdører og balkongdører. Det vises til vedlagte anbudsdokumenter for ytterligere informasjon.
