Det forventet udbud omhandler behandling af stof- og alkoholmisbrug hos indsatte i Assens, Svendborg og Odense arresthus. Behandlingen omfatter ambulante behandlingstilbud til hashmisbrugere, brugere af øvrige rusmidler, drift af en døgnbehandlingsafdeling for misbrugere af stoffer og alkohol samt efterbehandling.
