Tender regarding framework agreement for consultancy services for environmental and social sustainability
Dear Tenderer,
The contracting entity, the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark, hereby invite your company to participate in this tender 343381, Tender regarding framework agreement for consultancy services for environmental and social sustainability.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company has been registered, access will be gained to all tenders published in EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM, including future tenders.
After registration, you will gain access to the tender material, including all questions that your company must answer as well as a description of the documents that must be submitted in relation to the tender.
PROCESS
The tender is carried out as an open procedure, which is a one-stage procurement process which covers exclusion grounds, selection and award criteria.
To participate in the bidding round, your company must answer the questions in the system and submit the relevant and the specific documents, which are required.
PARTICIPATION
As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the tender and all the questions that you must answer, as well as the associated documents that must be submitted in order to submit an offer.
Please follow the instructions down below if your company wish to participate in the tender.
1. Log into the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you are not committing yourself to submitting an offer, but have simply accepted that you have been given access to the tender material.
2. By accepting, you gain access to the current tender. You can now answer the questions and attach the specific documents.
3. Please note that an offer must be submitted before the deadline. It will not be possible to submit an offer after the deadline has expired.
The deadline for submitting an offer is 2023-10-20 16:00:00 local time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The detailed conditions for the tender, including award criteria and further information for the tender material, are described in the tender conditions, which will be available in a separate document.
Questions that are relevant to the tender can be asked via "Tenderer Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymised and sent, along with the answer, to all tenderers.
Questions that are not relevant to the tender, and which the tenderer don’t want to be published, shall be submitted via "Message". The contracting entity reserves the right to refer the tenderer to ask such questions via "Tenderer Questions and Answers", if the question is relevant to the tender.
