Client

Oslo Municipality, v / Munchmuseet hereby invites suppliers to submit tenders in connection with the procurement of a marketing automation system. The procurement has a reference number 2201.

General competition rules

The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Act of 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurement (LOA) and the regulations on public procurement of 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA).

Information about the procurement

The answer must be submitted via an electronic competition implementation tool (KGV). For further details on the digital requirements and attachments, see the competition documents after logging in. All communication shall take place through KGV for audit tracks and security for both clients and suppliers.

The client conducts the competition electronically and the supplier must submit a signed offer letter together with the answer. The following is approved as a signed offer letter:

  • signed and scanned offer letter delivered together with the rest of the answer
  • offer letter delivered with the answer and use of digital certificate / electronic ID. To send with a digital certificate, the provider is recommended to use Internet Explorer as a web browser.
  • signed and scanned offer letter with unique identification code delivered separately via the notification function in KGV within the offer deadline. The code is generated by the system after the offer has been submitted. NB! Each answer has a unique code, so if you submit the answer again, the offer letter must also be updated with this new code.

See the attached competition documents for further details.
