Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale for kjøp av arbeids- og uniformsfottøy som tilfredsstiller de krav som Kunden og brukere har til fottøy. Avtalen skal gjelde for Politi- og lensmannsetaten, Sysselmannen på Svalbard, Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste, Kriminalomsorgen, Toll- og avgiftsetaten og Statens Vegvesen.
