Information about the Complete Tender Management system
The Contracting Authority will use a Complete Tender Management (CTM) system from EU Supply for managing this procurement.

 

 

 

Tenders shall be submitted electronically through CTM. It is not permitted to submit a tender in any other way than via CTM.

 

 

 

All commuication between the Contracting Authority and tenderers shall be directed through the CTM system.

 

 

 

The tender must be signed, either with a digital certificate, or through the use of Norwegian "Bank-ID". Use of a digital certificate will only be possible using the Internet Explorer browser.
If you do not have access to a digital certificate or Norwegian "Bank-ID" you can still submit by selecting the option 'Submit without a digital signature'. After verifying with your username and password, you must print, sign and scan the authentication letter and send it through the messaging tool to the contracting authority before the response deadline. Please note! If you revise your tender, you must print, sign, scan and send the authentication letter again.
