20/37896 - SDK to support capture of fingerprint

The Norwegian Police ICT Services, abbreviated PIT, is the supplier of ICT solutions for every aspect of the Norwegian police, from command and control to mobile solutions. When visitors or immigrants arrive in Norway there might be a need to cross-reference their fingerprints in order to verify their identity. Throughout the country this may happen at established border crossings, arbitrary locations or even by boarding moving ships. There is therefore a need for many of our solutions to be mobile. This RFI entails the procurement fingerprint registration software SDK which can be implemented on both Android and iOS.
