21-01056 API-PNR Gateway and services

The Customer shall enter an agreement with one Contractor of an API-PNR gateway for Advanced Passenger Information (API) and Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. The gateway will be a solution for collecting passenger data from airlines and flight status, including departure and arrival information. The main purpose is to leave all carrier connection activities to a commercial partner to focus internal resources on analysis activities. The solution should be delivered as a service. The Customer is procuring a solution that will satisfy the needs to receive API and PNR data for all commercial flights scheduled to arrive, departure or transit in Norway from intra- and non-Schengen flights. Furthermore, The Customer seeks a solution with the opportunity to collect API and PNR information from charter flights and general aviation (GA). The ambition is a solution with 100% coverage of flights arriving, departing or transiting in Norway.
