Hereby, The North Denmark Region welcomes you to the tender regarding cyclotron, switching system and lead shield housing.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in the online eSourcing system, CTM (EU Supply). Registration is free. Once your company have been registered, it is possible to access all the North Denmark Region’s tenders, including future ones.
After registration, your company can log in and view the tender documents, including all questions / requirements that your company shall respond, as part of the tender.
Participation:
1. Log into the system, click accept. Please note that when you click accept, you do not undertake to submit tender, but have just agreed that you have access to the material in question.
2. By accepting, you will have access to the relevant material. You can now answer requirements and attach the documents specified in the Tender.
3.Please note that the Tender must be submitted via eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply) before the deadline expires September 29, 2017 at 12.00 noon. Otherwise, your tender will not be taken in to consideration.

Additional or expanding material may not be requested.
All correspondence between the potential Supplier and the Contracting Authority shall take place via eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply).
Please note that both the Contracting Authority's and the Supplier’s actions are logged into the system.

Questions regarding the actual tender shall be submitted to the Contracting Authority via the message module within the eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply).
Answers to the questions are published in the eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply), where they are accessible to all participants.
Please note, questions will not be answered from the July 21 to August 14 2017 due to summer vacation.
