Detailed description:

Roskilde Kommune ønsker at bruge dette dynamsike indkøbssystem til at indkøbe ventilationsarbejde. Der vil løbende blive lagt opgaver ud i konkurrence, hvor alle kvalificeret tilbudsgivere har mulighed for at afgive tilbud på opgaven. Ventilationsservice og mindre opgaver vil ikke blive lagt i konkurrence, herudover vil nogle opgaver blive udbudt i underhåndsbud.
