Region Zealand/STRING invites interested bidders to bid for the tender on Impacts, barriers & opportunities for a regional joint labour market around the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link and in the STRING region.

Online registration in the eSourcing system Complete Tender Management is required for interested bidders. It is free to register a user account in the system, once registered you will have access to all Region Zealand's tenders (current and future). 

After having registered as used, you need to login in the top left corner. You will then be able to review all relevant documents. 

To participate in the bidding round: 

Follow the guidance below to participate in one of Region Zealand’s tenders:

  1. Login and click accept. Please note that clicking accept does not oblige you to submit a bid, it only allows you to gain access to the relevant information.
  2. When you have clicked accepts you will get access to the relevant information, and you are now able to start working on your bid.
  3. Please note that you must submit your bid by using the CTM system no later than the specified deadline. Bids submitted after the deadline has expired are not considered eligible.   
  4. If you do not already have a digital signature, you should order this as soon as you decide to bin for the tender as it can take time before you are granted such digital signature. Information on how to obtain a digital signature can be found on Region Zealand’s EU-Supply website.
