Byggherren har behov for å inngå en entreprisekontrakt på anleggsarbeider knyttet til opparbeidelse av tomter og utearealer på Sandved. Denne konkurransen gjelder opparbeidelse av området, og inkluderer blant annet følgende arbeider: - Rigging og klargjøring av byggeplass - Graving av grøfter og vann- og avløpsledninger - Veianlegg - Renovasjonsanlegg - Kabelarbeid - Etablering av grøntarealer - Tomtearbeid Fremdrift: - Entreprenør kan selv velge oppstartstidspunkt, men oppstart må være senest innen 01.06.2022. - Grøntanlegg må være ferdigstilt innen utgangen av vekstsesongen. - Alle arbeider må være ferdigstilt innen 15.12.2022.
