Sandnes Municipality (the contracting authority) is conducting a market survey with the intent of getting information about the market for software that can fulfill the contracting authoritys described purporse for file conversion. The file conversion softwares is ment to be used to convert documents, videos, and recordings from a file-type that is non-compatible with software used by the contracting authority, to a file-type that is compatible. Examples of file types that are compatible are: PDF, PDF/A, XML, TIFF, and MPEG-4.
