Byggherren har behov for å inngå en entreprisekontrakt på anleggsarbeider knyttet til opparbeidelse av VVA, parkering og grønt i Skårlia Au06. Fremdrift: - Oppstartsdato for anleggsarbeider: Mandag 5. juni 2023. - Sluttfrist: Fredag 1. november 2023. - Det er estimert at anleggsarbeidene tar omtrentlig 4 måneder. Entreprenør må utarbeide en tentativ fremdriftsplan som del av tilbudet som viser at utførelsen reelt kan ferdigstilles innenfor sluttfristen som er satt og må holde en rasjonell fremdrift fra oppstart. Sandnes Tomteselskap KF er byggherre for prosjektet. Gjennomføringsmodell for prosjektet er utførelses¬entreprise organisert som generalentreprise.
