Detailed description:

Kinn kommune vil med denne anskaffinga inngå avtale på kjøp av pyrolyseanlegg til produksjon av biokull. Anlegget skal ha kontinuerleg inn- og utmating og minst mogleg behov for operatørpersonell ved normal drift. Anlegget må ha automatisk feilmeldingssystem som varslar ved stopp eller feil.
