2020 - RFI Next Generation Road Traffic Counters for Sweden

The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to provide Trafikverket with a better understanding of the market's ability to deliver traffic counter solutions and available delivery models and best practices. Based on the information expected to be gathered, Trafikverket will develop an optimal request for quotation (RFQ) for the next-generation traffic counters. This document aims to: • Prepare the way for a future procurement for traffic counters by identifying market offerings. • Understand the market's interest to supply a traffic counter system for Sweden. • Understand the cost structure and cost drivers for deliveries and initial cost estimates.
