Vest-Agder fylkeskommune skal bygge ny Søgne videregående skole på Tangvall i Søgne. Praksisarealer for naturbrukslinjen skal ligge på Søgnetunet. Det vil her være et tun for gårdsdrift og samt et for veksthusanlegg. Denne kontrakten dreier seg om totalentreprise for gårdstunet.
