Polititeknisk treningssenter

Anskaffelsen gjelder totalentreprise for bygging av polititeknisk treningssenter. Detaljprosjektering skal utføres av tilbyder. Birkenes kommune ønsker å bygge et bygg i Tveideveien som skal leies ut til Agder politidistrikt til bruk som treningssenter. Byggets ytre fasade skall vil være en enkel rektangelformet bygningskropp med utgangspunkt flatt tak som foreslått. En del vil være en åpen hall over to etasjer, mens resten vil ha to etasjer, hvorav den øverste etasjen ikke skal innredes nå, med unntak av rom 4.02, men være et reserveareal hvis Politiet skulle ønske å utvide.
