Oppdraget omfatter drifts- og vedlikeholdsoppgaver, med funksjonsansvar for noen av oppgavene, på fylkesveger og fylkes-g/s-veger med tilhørende sideanlegg, sideområder, utstyr og installasjoner i Vikna, Nærøy, Leka, Høylandet, Fosnes og deler av Bindal kommune i Nordland fylke i henhold til vegliste gitt i kap. D2-V1.
