The task of the consultancy is the evaluation of the current funding cycle (phase II) of Land for Life. The evaluation should meet the donor requirements for accountability purposes and inform the design of Land for Life phase III. It entails a desk review, a field phase, and the elaboration of an inception report, country notes, and a final report.
