Hereby you are invited to submit a Tender based on the attached Descriptive document and Annexes. This EU award open procedure concerns the award of a framework agreement Wordlwide Payment Service Provider, if Tenderer unconditionally fulfills all requirements. You can now approach the Descriptive document, including Annexes belonging to the open procedure 158709 Worldwide Payment Service Provider on behalf of the Ministry of Finance through the CTM tendering platform. After logging in, there will be a gray button 'Accept' which will appear above this letter. Click this button if you want to apply for the tender and submit a Request to participate.
In the questionnaire you have to fill in the requested data and add the related statements and information. Statements must be printed, signed, scanned and then uploaded in "PDF" or "Word" format.

· Your application must be uploaded in CTM and sent no later than 06/06/2017 14:00 hrs (CET).
