Detailed description:

To increase the sustainability of inland shipping, the emission of NOx,will have to be monitored continuously on 30 - 45 vessels, the CLINSH fleet. With this European Public Tender Procedure the Contracting Authority wants to select a Contractor for delivery, installation and maintenance of a Monitoring System. Contractor will also be responsible for collection, validation and transmission of monitoring data.
