17/2269 - Konsept for et nytt system for å estimere verdien på fritidsboliger for skatteformål

The Norwegian Ministry of Finance invites service providers to describe a concept for a new system for estimating values of holiday houses for tax purposes. The final description of the concept must be delivered as part of the tender. The Ministry especially requests contributions from service providers experienced in advanced methods of analysis, including application of «big data». One of the service providers will be chosen and awarded the contract with payment of the bidding price. The Ministry will however have an option to ask the service provider to carry out minor changes or clarifications in the concept description. If the Ministry triggers this option, the additional work will be paid for per hour.
