Dear bidder, 

 

Energinet welcomes you to the request for quotation with negotiation 263904, Establishment concerning a framework agreement on a crisis management system as a service. 
 
The request for quotation with negotiation will be conducted via EU-Supply.

 

 Quotation-specific information:

  • All questions from a potential bidder to Energinet regarding this quotation must be
    conducted via EU-Supply (Question and Answer feature) unless otherwise indicated in the quotation material.
  • Answers to questions regarding content and process will be published in EU-Supply in
    an anonymous form visible to all invited bidders.
  • Please note that both Energinet's and the bidders’ actions are logged in the system.
  • Bids must be submitted through this system (unless otherwise specified in the quotation documents), and before the quotation deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit 
     bids after the deadline.
  • The deadline for submitting bids is 2021-03-18 12:00:00 local time. 

Participation:

If already registered in EU-Supply, please ignore the following instruction regarding registration in the system and move forward to the instruction regarding submission of quotation.


If your company is not registered in the EU-Supply system, please register via the online registration in the EU-Supply system. 

After registration, the company logs into the system through the top left corner. Then you get access to the quotation documents, including all questions, your company must answer as well as a description of the documents that must be submitted in the bid.

It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company is registered it will not have to re-enter its data in order to participate in a new tender or quoutation. 

 

Follow these instructions in order to participate in this Energinet quotation:

  1. Log into the system and click Accept. Be aware that when you press “accept”, you do not commit to submiting a bid, but have just accepted that you have been given access to the 
    quotation material.     
  2. By accepting, you get access to the quotation material. You can now compile and submit a bid in accordance with the requirements in the quotation material.
  3. Be aware that the bid must be submitted before the deadline 2021-03-18 12:00:00 local time. Otherwise, your bid will not be accepted by Energinet.

Kære tilbudsgiver

Energinet byder velkommen til tilbudsindhentning med forhandling på 263904, Establishment concerning a framework agreement on a crisis management system as a service. 

  • Tilbudsindhentningen gennemføres via EU-Supply.  

Specifikke oplysninger vedrørende tilbudsindhentningen:

  1. Alle spørgsmål vedrørende indholdet i tilbudsindhentningsmaterialet og proces fra potentiel tilbudsgiver til Energinet skal foregå via EU-Supply (spørgsmål- og svarmodulet), med mindre andet er angivet i tilbudsindhentningsmaterialet. Svar på spørgsmål offentliggøres i systemet i anonymiseret form, hvor de er synlige for alle inviterede tilbudsgivere.
  2. Bemærk venligst, at både Energinets og tilbudsgiverens handlinger logges i systemet.
  3. Tilbud skal afgives via dette system (medmindre andet er angivet i udbudsmaterialet), og inden tilbudsfristen udløber. Det vil ikke være muligt at afgive tilbud efter fristens udløb.
  4. Fristen for tilbudsafgivelse er 2021-03-18 12:00:00 lokal tid. 

Deltagelse:

Såfremt jeres virksomhed allerede er registreret i EU-Supply, bedes I springe nedenstående beskrivelse over, og springe direkte til instruktion for deltagelse. 

Såfremt jeres virksomhed ikke er registreret i EU-Supply, bedes I benytte onlineregistreringen via EU-Supply-systemet .   

Efter registreringen logger virksomheden sig ind i øverste venstre hjørne, hvorefter I får adgang til tilbudsindhentningsmaterialet, herunder samtlige spørgsmål, jeres virksomhed skal svare på samt en beskrivelse af de dokumenter, som skal afleveres i tilbuddet.

Det er gratis at registrere sig i systemet, og når først virksomheden er registreret, skal denne ikke registrere sig igen for at deltage i en ny udbuds- eller tilbudsforretning. 

Følg nedenstående vejledning, når jeres virksomhed skal deltage i denne Energinet tilbudsindhentning: 

  1. Log ind i systemet og klik på Acceptér. Vær opmærksom på, at når I trykker på Acceptér, forpligter I jer ikke til at fremsende tilbud, men har blot accepteret, at I har fået
    adgang til tilbudsindhentningsmaterialet.
  2. I kan nu udarbejde og fremsende jeres tilbud med dokumenter i overenstemmelse med tilbudsindhentningsmaterialet.
  3. Vær opmærksom på, at tilbudsafgivelse skal ske, inden fristen udløber 2021-03-18 12:00:00. Ellers vil jeres tilbudsafgivelse ikke blive accepteret af Energinet.
