Dear sir, madam,

 

Hereby we invite you to submit a proposal. All information is described in the request of proposal (RFP) and its appendixes for this European Tender ERIN Specific Action Program - Tender 2018 for the Ministry of Justice and Security with reference {$project.reference}.

 

 

 

Information sessions – registration

Additional information on the contents of the services and the procedure of this Tender will be provided on Thursday 5 April 2018 in Brussels and Thursday 12 April 2018 in Dubai. If interested, Tenderers have to sign up for this meeting before 3 April 2018, 17:00 hours (CEST) by e-mail: m.e.d.van.vugt@minvenj.nl, stating the organization’s name, contact details, position, number, name of participants and which meeting you wish to attend (Brussels or Dubai).

 

 

 

The information sessions will be held in English, and no interpretation services will be provided.

 

 

 

Languages

 

The documents are in English.

 

The Request for Proposal and Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix D are also available in 3 different languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese).  These documents in the 3 other languages will be available on Friday 6 April 2018 (in CTM).

 

 

 

Mandatory appendixes

 

Be sure that the mandatory Appendixes (1 to 8) are accurate, complete and legally signed by a person who is legally authorized to sign, as stated in the Commercial Register (or equivalent) to be verified after the award decision.

 

All the declarations need to be filled in truthfully.

 

You can upload the appendixes in CTM per lot.
