International expert team export development and promotion system Ecuador

CBI wishes to award a framework agreement for the provision of export development and promotion and institutional development expertise by an international team of experts in this field. The assignment consists of supporting the main actors of the Ecuadorian export development and promotion system to reach the Government’s objectives in the area of export diversification (the so-called ‘triple diversification’, of markets, exporters and products). This support will be provided by an international expert team, and will consist of capacity building activities, (including advisory services, consultancy and training), process facilitation (with the aim of institutional development, service development, capacity building, system development, strategic alliance building, public-private dialogue, and strategic planning), as well as the introduction, adaptation and transfer of relevant international best practices and tested methodologies in institutional development for export development and promotion.
