Dear Sir, Madam,
Thank you for showing interest in tender tender for market researchers for the development of market intelligence products from CBI (Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries) with tender ID number 106631. This tender procedure is an electronic procedure via the platform CTM Complete Tender Management. If you have never worked with CTM Solution before we would like to ask you to register your company.
To register your company, click on ‘Online registration’ button in the top left hand corner. The registration form will then open. First click on the English flag on the top right hand side and then fill out the form. Click on ‘Save’ to finish the registration.
Please note: You do not have to register again if your company is already registered on the CTM platform.

If you submit a tender, this tender must contain all requested information, declarations and exhibits. If a model form has been provided, the tenderer must make use of that form when submitting the requested information and evidence documents. Declarations need to be printed, signed, scanned and uploaded as a “PDF” or “Word” document.
For the record, please note the following:
· You are requested to read carefully the “Terms regarding this electronic tender”.
· Assessment: if any of the required information/documents/declarations have not been submitted, the tender may be may be put aside and excluded for the awarding procedure. At least all requirements must have been met. Per criterion a description of the assessment has been provided.
· In order to limit the costs of submitting a tender, the number of documents and exhibits to be submitted in this phase has been limited to a minimum amount. The contracting authority reserves the right to require official / additional documents and exhibits at a later phase in this tender procedure, and the right to further assess the financial and technical capability of the tenderer. The contracting authority may verify references of the tenderer.
· All information submitted by the tenderer using this platform for electronic tendering can be stored in the system and may be reused in other tender procedures by the tenderer.
· All declarations must be complete and true.
· Requests for additional information or questions can only be submitted using the CTM tender platform, under the tab ‘messages’.
· Only questions and tenders submitted via the CTM tender platform will be processed by the contracting authority.
· Tenders must be submitted via the CTM tender platform no later than 29/09/2014 14:00 hours.
