As the Contracting Authority, the Ministry of Finance, in particular the Dutch State Treasury Agency, intends to start a European tender procedure, which must lead to an agreement for implementation of payments services for the Belastingdienst, Toeslagen and Douane. The Contracting Authority would like to prepare this tender properly. As part of this, a number of topics are discussed with the market by means of this Market Consultation.
