High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC) for AIT, DTU

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Welcome to the procurement of the supply of supply 175461:1, Anmodning om information (RFI): High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC) for AIT, DTU with deadline on 2018-02-08 12:00:00.

 

If your company is interested in participating in this procurement, you will have to register in the internet based eSourcing system CTM (EU-supply). You can create an account free of charge, and once you have accessed the system to participate in a DTU procurement you will have access to all future procurements from DTU. 

 

PROCESS:

The procurement is completed as a competetive procedure with negotiation. There will be at least two steps, one for evaluating the Tenderers suitability and one for evaluating their bids followed by a negotiation procedure if relevant. 

Each Tenderer must comply with a number of minimum levels (suitability) and minimum requirements (bids) to be considered a candidate for the procurement.

 

PARTICIPATION:

Please follow the instructions below when participating in a DTU procurement:

1. Log in to the system and accept the invitation. Please notice that when accepting you do not commit to submit a bid – you have just accepted to get access to the tender documents.

2. After accepting you can download the tender documents. When all documents have been completed you upload them to the system and the Tender bid can be submitted.

3. Please note that the Application/Tender bid must be submitted prior to the deadline 2018-02-08 12:00:00 otherwise your tender will not be taken into consideration.

 

SHORTLISTING OF APPLICANTS:

DTU will when evaluating the applications place emphasis on the information as described in the contract notice point III.2) Conditions for participation.

Deadline for application is 2018-02-08 12:00:00 local time.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

All communication between possible suppliers and DTU will happen in EU-supply.

Please notice that all of DTU’s and the suppliers’ actions are logged in the system to ensure full log an audit rail.

Answers will be published anonymously in the system and will be accessible for all applicants/tenderers.

 

 

 

All tender documents including instructions and appendices and other information received must be treated as confidential information by all participating parties and cannot be exposed to any other than the specific group of people participating in the procurement.

 

 

 

DTU will consider all bids as confidential with reservation of information needed to conclude the procurement and complying with legal requirements.    

By accepting the invitation to paticipate in this tender, we will proces personal data  that directly or indirectly can be identifiable to you. When you accept this invitation, request for participation, submit a tender bid or submit other information/documentation i connection with this tender, we will proces such information. The information will only be used in connection with the completion of this tender.
