Upphandlingen avser ett skicenter som ska projekteras och byggas. Anläggningen ska vara klar till 1 september 2013. Se vidare i bifogad projektbeskrivning. Budget för byggnationen är 85 Mkr. Upphandlingen genomförs som konkurrenspräglad dialog.
