Dear applicant for qualification

HOFOR A/S hereby calls for Qualification information concerning 347954, Qualification System. Water treatment plants. Membrane filtration systems.

Please refer to the new documents and all questions that your company must respond to and a description of the additional documentation to be submitted with the application.

PARTICIPATION

As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based CTM tender management system. Then you will be able to see the tender material and all the questions that you have to answer as well as the accompanying documents to be submitted in order to be prequalified. 

Follow the instructions below when your company is to participate in the prequalification.

1. Log in to the system and upload the additional documents.
2. By accepting you will have access to the current tender material. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach the documents that are specified.

 SELECTION

The selection of the companies that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the Tender conditions.

PROCES

The tender is carried out in two phases.

The 1st phase is an application for admission to the Qualification System. Here, the applicants request to be admitted, and the Contracting Authority then approves the applicants who meet the objective requirements for admission as stated in the tender documents. Application for admission is made by answering the set requirements in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.

2nd phase is the actual tenders under the Qualification System. Selected bidders admitted to the Qualification System will be invited to submit bids when specific procurements are made. An invitation will be sent with an invitation to submit offers directly via the system to the selected bidders. Tenderers are selected according to factual criteria in relation to the specific tender.
