Dear Prequalification Applicant,
The Contracting Authority hereby welcomes you to the tender for 348554, DSB Power Purchase Agreement.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. It is free to create a user in the system, and once the company is registered, access is gained to all tenders published in EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM, including future ones.
After registration, you will have access to the tender documents, including all questions that your company must answer, and a description of the documents which must be submitted with the application.
PROCESS
The tender is conducted in two phases.
The 1st phase is the prequalification phase. Here the applicants request prequalification, and the Contracting Authority then selects the applicants who are invited to submit bids in phase 2. Application for prequalification is done by answering the set questions in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.
The 2nd phase is the actual bidding. The prequalified bidders submit their bids in this phase. The phase may be divided into several bidding rounds, where one or more negotiation bids and final bids are submitted. Further description of this is set out in the tender conditions.
PARTICIPATION
As a bidder, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. Then you will be able to see the tender and all the questions you must answer, as well as the associated documents that must be handed in to be prequalified.
Follow the instructions below when your company is participating in a tender.

Log in the system and click on "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you are not committing to submitting an application for participation, but have merely accepted that you have access to the application material.

By accepting, you gain access to the current tender. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach the documents as indicated.

Be aware that the request for participation must be made before the deadline. After this, your request for participation will not be received by the contracting authority.
The deadline to request prequalification is 2023-12-07 12:00:00, local time.
In the bottom left corner, under "User Guides", you can find "Bidder's Tender Handling", which is a guide to the use of this system.
SELECTION
The selection of companies that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the tender notice.
FURTHER INFORMATION
The tender documents are available under the heading "See tender documents".
Questions relating to the tender are asked via "Bidder Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymised and sent out along with the answer to all bidders.
Questions that do not concern the tender and which are not to be published are asked via "Message". The Contracting Authority reserves the right to refer the bidder to ask such questions via "Bidder Questions and Answers", if the question concerns the tender.
