Dagens reise- og utleggsmodul inngår som en del av kommunens HR-system. Den eksisterende løsningen dekker ikke behovet hos brukerne på en tilfredsstillende måte, og det er derfor besluttet at kommunen skal anskaffe en ny løsning for å automatisere prosessen for reise- og utlegg, inkludert funksjonalitet for oppdragstakere. Løsningen skal leveres som en tjeneste over internett (SaaS).
