2023/8587 - Study of the implementation of climate regulations within Fit for 55

The aim of this procurement is to map out how other countries are governing and organizing their work to implement specific climate regulations from the Fit for 55-package. We are interested in how the implementation of the regulations are horizontally and vertically organized, in terms of wich ministry or other governmental department are responsible for each regulation, and how implementation and administration is delegated to underlying agencies. See Appendi1 one of the draft Contract.
