Dear applicant for prequalification
HOFOR Forsyning Holding P/S hereby calls for prequalification regarding a concession contract concerning the construction and operation of a carbon capture facility in connection to Amagerværket co-owned with HOFOR and with concessionaire company being the responsible party in charge of developing and managing the value chain necessary to commercialize the captured CO2 to the joint benefit of the parties.
The Tender is designated 352851, Concession contract concerning the construction and operation of a carbon capture facility co-owned with HOFOR.
Please refer to the concession notice and its enclosures, including all questions that your company must respond to and a description of the additional documentation to be submitted with the application.
PARTICIPATION
As an Applicant, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based CTM tender management system. Then you will be able to see the tender material, including initial application materials, available for download and all the questions that you have to answer as well as the accompanying documents to be submitted in order to be prequalified.
Follow the instructions below when your company is to participate in the prequalification.
The Application for prequalification must be submitted no later than: 2024-02-05 23:59:00, local time.
SELECTION
The selection of the candidates that will be prequalified will be based on the selection criteria described in the concession notice.
PROCES
The concession tender is carried out in the following phases:
In the 1st phase interested candidates must apply for prequalification. Here, the candidates request to be admitted, and the Contracting Authority then approves the applicants who meet the minimum criteria for prequalification as stated in the concession notice. Application for admission is made by answering the set requirements in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents. 2-4 candidates will be invited to participate in the dialogue phase i the 2nd phase. If more than 4 candidates fulfill the minimum requirement and are not covered by any of the applicable exclusion grounds, set out in the concession notice, the most suitable candidates will be selected based on the selection criteria also set out in the contract notice.
2nd phase is the actual concession tender phase, where one or more dialogue rounds will be conducted as further described in the concession notice. At the conclusion of this phase, the tenderers will be invited to submit final tenders.
Invitations to participate in the dialogue phase, as well as to submit final tenders, will be sent directly via the CTM tender management system to the relevant candidates.

Questions regarding the actual concession tender must be submitted to HOFOR Forsyning Holding P/S via the message module in CTM. Questions and answers will be published in the CTM tender management system in an anonymized version in order to provide all candidates with the same information simultaneously. All interested candidates are hence encouraged to keep updated via the CTM tender management system.
