Detailed description:

Oppdragsgiver innbyr med dette til konkurranse om Totalentreprisekontrakt ihht NS 8407 i prosjektet Omsorgsboliger Vensmoen. Saltdal kommune skal bygge 24 omsorgsboliger + (med heldøgnsbemanning) på Vensmoen i Saltdal. Prosjektet skal bygges som et nestennulleneribygg etter NZeb standard.
