23/19949 - Gamlaverket parkanlegg

Oppdragsgiver har behov for å inngå entreprisekontrakt på opparbeidelse av Gamlaverket parkanlegg. I parkanlegget skal det opparbeides en pumptrack, skateanlegg, lekeplass og diverse tiltak for å gjøre området til et attraktivt rekreasjonsområde. Fremdrift: Prosjektet må ferdigstilles senest innen utgangen av 2024. Entreprenør skal ha kapasitet til å ferdigstille sine arbeider i henhold til fremdriftsplanen for leveransen. Sandnes kommune Park, Idrett og Vei er byggherre for prosjektet. Gjennomføringsmodell for prosjektet er utførelsesentreprise organisert som generalentreprise.
