23/16654 - RFI - Roadside sensors for vehicle and license plate recognition with related equipment and services (ANPR, WIM, DSRC)

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) plans for a new framework agreement regarding purchasing roadside sensors for vehicle and license plate recognition with related equipment and services. These sensors include: - Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. - Weight in Motion (WIM) sensors. - Dedicated short-range communication (DSRC) antennas. Following new Norwegian public procurement regulations effective from January 1st, 2024, we wish to gain more insight in how to reduce the overall carbon footprint or environmental impact of the procurement of these products.
