Detailed description:

Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om kjøp av chatbot. DFØ har behov for en virtuell assistent som kan hjelpe sluttbrukere av våre tjenester med spørsmål og utfordringer vedrørende våre tjenester og selvbetjeningsløsninger. DFØ ønsker ingen manuell chatløsning uten kunstig intelligens.
