Framework agreement for consultancy services for Education in Development contexts
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) represented by Department for Human Development/Section for Education invites to an open procurement procedure for the purchase of
consultancy services for Education in Development contexts.
Norad is using the Complete Tender Management tool (CTM) from EU Supply for this competition. The tender document with further information about the procurement is available in the CTM.
All communication and submission of the tender shall be done in the CTM. It is not allowed to submit the tender in any other ways. All questions to the procurement can be sent via the functionality "Supplier questions and answers".
