A/S Storebælt hereby invites you to a market dialogue about "361029, Market dialogue - Refurbishment and partial replacement of bearings on the Great Belt Link (West Bridge)", and you are encouraged to participate in the dialogue. The information that A/S Storebælt expects to give and/or receive as part of the dialogue, is specified in the published notice.

All communication must take place via Digital Tendering (eu-supply). Communication will not be accepted outside the system, e.g., by email.

PROCESS

The specific process is specified in the published notice.

You participate in the market dialogue by sending your reply via EU Supply preferably no later than 13 June 2024.

PARTICIPATION

As a participant, you must log in to Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten's internet-based eSourcing system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online, whereupon you will be able to see the market dialogue, the related documents and to submit your potential comments.

If you wish to participate in the market dialogue, please follow the guide below:

  1. Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you click the "Accept" button, you do not thereby undertake to participate in the market dialogue, but merely accept access to the material.
  2. By accepting, you will gain access to the material of the market dialogue. You can now submit comments via the message module, ask questions regarding the material via the Q&A function, and submit an answer.
  3. Make sure to submit your comments before the expiry of the dialogue. It will not be possible to submit comments after the expiry of the deadline.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The material is available under the "Tender documents” tab.

Questions regarding the material are entered using the "Q&A” function. Questions in the “Q&A” function will be anonymised and submitted, along with the answer, to all the participants of the market dialogue.

Questions that do not relate to the market dialogue and which the participant does not wish to publish, must be entered using the "Message" function. A/S Storebælt reserves the right to request participants to enter such questions via the "Q&A" function if the question concerns the material. Likewise, A/S Storebælt reserves the right to move the question to the “Q&A” function.

Confidential information from the participants will not be published or shared with other participants.
