The Contracting Authority hereby invites your business to participate in this call for tenders 363068, Kattegat Offshore Wind Farm - Denmark.
If your business is interested in participating in the procurement procedure, you must register online in Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s internet-based eSourcing system. Registration as a user in the system is free of charge, and once the business is registered, access will be granted to all calls for tenders published in Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s procurement system, including future calls for tenders.
PROCEDURE
The call for tenders is conducted as procedure, where any interested economic operator, who is able to comply with the minimum requirements for eligibility regarding economic/financial capacity and technical/professional capacity, cf. the descriptions in the procurement specifications, may submit a tender in response to this invitation to tender. The procurement procedure as a whole is described further in the procurement specifications
Participation in the bidding round takes place by responding to the questions in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.
Only compliant tenders will be evaluated.
PARTICIPATION
As a tenderer, you must log in to Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten’s internet-based eSourcing system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the call for tenders at issue and all the questions to be answered by you, plus the related documents to be submitted in order to submit tender.

The deadline for submission of tender is 2025-04-01 14:00:00 local time.

The tender must be submitted in English.
FURTHER INFORMATION
The terms and conditions for the call for tenders, including the award criteria and additional information about the procurement documents, are set out in the procurement specifications, which is a separate document.
Questions pertaining to the call for tenders must be entered using the “Questions and answers function”. Questions will be depersonalized and submitted, along with the answer, to all tenderers.
Questions which do not pertain to the call for tenders and which the tenderer wishes not to be published must be entered using the “Message function”. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to refer the tenderer to enter such questions using the “Question and answers function” if the question pertains to the call for tenders.
Additional guidance documents for the procurement procedure and the procurement material will be uploaded to EU-Supply in due course. The aforementioned guidance documents will comprise of; an Explanatory Memorandum (regarding state co-ownership), examples regarding the technical and professional requirements for eligibility, etc.
