Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå en kontrakt for etablering av et sjaktrom i Welhavens gate 17. Arbeidet inkluderer reetablering av tak over sjaktrom, istandsettelse av fundament utenfor sjaktrom og erstatte dører inn til gammelt trapperom med vegger.
