The reason why you have been selected is since each of the requests to participate that we received in the restricted procedure (reference number: 201865003.002.010 - BZ EA Nile Delta Sand Survey where invalid. Therefore we have decided to award our contract via the negotiated procedure without publication as mentioned in article 2.32 of the Dutch procurement code (Aanbestedingswet 2012).
